My ‘LIMITLESS‘ 60 day workout series with TV.Fit has landed! This program is designed to push your limits, get you in insane shape and mentally tougher than ever before. It consists of bodyweight only exercises so no equipment needed, just yourself and the mindset to succeed! I’m so excited about this challenge and can’t wait for you to check it out too!
Here’s the skinny on what this kick ass program involves:
Phase 1: Complete 6 unique workouts as follows:
Day 1: ULTIMATE CARDIO
Day 2: MILITARY BOOTCAMP
Day 3: CORE CRUSHER
Day 4: LIMITLESS STRENGTH
Day 5: MMA MADNESS
Day 6: STRETCH & FLOW
Day 7: REST DAY
Repeat for 4 weeks.
Phase 2: Four weeks of brand new variations of the above workouts where the exercise duration is longer and the exercises more challenging.
