In association with the Professional Fighters League (PFL) I’ve created a 12 part workout series designed to get you fighting fit! Mixed Martial Arts athletes or fighters are some of the fittest on the planet and these workouts simulate the type of conditioning training they do to get in cage-worthy shape!
I believe this is one of my best workout series yet with so much variety and you’re going to love it! Ladder drills for agility, battle ropes for strength, power and level changes, Olympic and power lifts plus animal flow for mobility and body awareness.
