Fit 4 Summer – 7 Day Series

Super excited to share with you my latest fitness series absolutely FREE…
As the name suggests these workouts are designed to get you in great shape for Summer and include a brand new workout to follow each day for 7 days. I’ve included total body workouts and body part specific workouts and included a stretching and mobilisation workout on the final day to help you recover and get set to repeat the series the following week.
It’s so simple, just 5 exercises per workout that you repeat 3-5 times. But I guarantee you it’s effective.
