Successful release of my ‘Train Like A Gladiator’ series 4 workouts Down Under

This month I taught my most challenging set of workouts to trainers and fitness professionals from Virgin Active Health Clubs around Sydney. They will now take these, achey muscles and all, to their clubs to form part of their daily Power Plate class offerings! Each of the three workouts has a distinct style and this series in particular has lots of compound and multi muscle functional movements.
